Software built to work. And built to last.

We design and build custom applications, mobile, web, and enterprise, with security and maintainability as first principles, not afterthoughts.

What we build

What we build.

We work on focused, well-defined products, not sprawling enterprise programmes. Our engagements are most effective when the scope is clear, the problem is real, and the team is prepared to make decisions.

Mobile applications

Native iOS and Android, cross-platform Flutter and React Native. We build for performance, accessibility, and the specific constraints of mobile deployment and distribution.

Web applications

Full-stack web applications from simple data-driven tools to complex multi-user platforms. Clean architecture, progressive enhancement, and security considerations from the first sprint.

Enterprise integrations

Workflow automation, API design, and system integrations that connect disparate tools and processes. Built to be maintainable by your team after handover.

AI-powered tools and workflows

Practical AI integration, retrieval-augmented generation, structured extraction, decision-support tools, built with the same security and governance standards as any other system.

How we build.

We follow a disciplined delivery process that prioritises working software, early feedback, and clean handover, not documentation that outlives its usefulness.

01

Discovery and architecture

Understand the problem, the users, and the constraints. Agree the technical approach before writing a line of code.

02

Iterative delivery

Short, focused delivery cycles with working software at each step. Early validation over late surprises.

03

Security by design

Security decisions made at the architecture and code level, not bolted on at the end. Threat modelling, input handling, and access control considered from the start.

04

Testing and quality assurance

Automated tests, manual review, and structured QA appropriate to the risk profile of the system, not a checkbox exercise at the end of the engagement.

05

Deployment and handover

Clean deployment documentation, runbooks, and a structured handover that leaves your team able to own and extend the system independently.

Why it matters how it's built.

Built-in security

Security addressed at the design stage costs far less than remediation after deployment, and produces fewer compromises in functionality.

Clean architecture

Code that is well-structured is easier to understand, maintain, and extend, by your team, not just ours.

No vendor lock-in

We use well-supported, maintainable technologies and avoid proprietary dependencies that restrict your future options.

Knowledge transfer

A handover is only complete when your team can own and evolve the system. We document what matters and transfer knowledge deliberately.

Common questions.

Do you work with existing codebases?

Yes. Many engagements begin with an assessment of an existing system, understanding its architecture, identifying technical debt, and agreeing on a pragmatic approach to improvement rather than a full rewrite. We are experienced in reading unfamiliar codebases and providing an honest assessment of what is there.

What is the engagement model?

Most development work operates on a fixed-scope, time-and-materials, or retained capacity basis. We agree the model during scoping based on how well-defined the requirements are and how the work is likely to evolve. We do not take on work where the problem or success criteria are genuinely unclear, it is not in either party's interest.

Do you provide ongoing support after delivery?

We offer post-delivery retainers for organisations that need continued involvement, whether for bug fixes, incremental feature development, or technical advice as the product evolves. Ongoing support is scoped separately from the initial build engagement.

Tell us what you need to build.

Share the problem you are trying to solve, the platform, and any constraints. We'll tell you honestly whether it is a good fit and what we'd need to get started.
